Total Body Chisel Review

I had a chance to do the new Total Body Chisel workout yesterday, and man I loved it! Autumn Calabrese is the trainer in this workout, and she moves quickly from one exercise to the next with each exercise being 10 reps. If memory serves, there are 4 rounds each with 3 exercises and each exercise done 3 times in each round. I didn’t feel like the workout was killer but by the time I was 2/3 of the way through, I had an overall feeling that my body was getting a serious results-producing workout.

I definitely recommend Total Body Chisel as it’s a short and sweet workout that is well-researched and will give you fantastic results in the shortest amount of time.
