I had a chance to do the new Total Body Chisel workout yesterday, and man I loved it! Autumn Calabrese is the trainer in this workout, and she moves quickly from one exercise to the next with each exercise being 10 reps. If memory serves, there are 4 rounds each with 3 exercises and each exercise done 3 times in each round. I didn’t feel like the workout was killer but by the time I was 2/3 of the way through, I had an overall feeling that my body was getting a serious results-producing workout.
I definitely recommend Total Body Chisel as it’s a short and sweet workout that is well-researched and will give you fantastic results in the shortest amount of time. Contact me if you’d like to try this one for free. My favorite exercises were the weighted curtsy lunges and the incline curls. If you like this workout, you’ll definitely want to join our Team Get Super Fit Get Chiseled Challenge in December 14 (reserve your spot here) as our team will be going through the entire 60-day program together. It’s going to be a fabulous way to end 2015 lean and kick off the New Year chiseled!
