Tempeh Veggie Bake

1 package tempeh

1/2 sweet potato

1/2 onion

1 cup frozen broccoli

Toss everything in a large mixing bowl with 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp olive oil, chili powder, Himalayan salt, pepper, lil bit of cayenne pepper, bake at 425 for 40 minutes. It’s great!
