My daughter loves these Shakeology cookies. Not only does she love eating them but she loves making them. Sometimes it’s hard to get kids to eat healthy. When’s the last time your kid ate wheat grass lol? When I make these, I store them in a ziploc back in the fridge, and she has them for breakfast in the morning. This is the quickest and easiest breakfast ever for her. Very convenient before school in the morning! And it’s healthier than anything else she would eat such as cereal or gluten-free toast. This was the first time we made the Vanilla ones, and there were sooooo good! Scroll down to the bottom for the recipe.
