3 Day Cleansing Diet

I wanted to share a little about my favorite 3 day cleansing diet.  It’s called the 3-Day Refresh. If you’re looking to lose weight, reduce bloat, and get a clean break from bad habits in only 3 days, this is the program for you.  I have done this cleanse several times and cannot say enough good things about it.  What would you like to accomplish in only 3 days? Want increased energy? Wanna feel like yourself again? More like the joyful, confident and fundamentally healthy individual you know deep down you can be?  If so, continue reading.

Not All 3 Day Cleansing Diet Programs Are Equal

If you ever did a juice-fast or a liquid cleanse low in protein and high in sugars, you may have felt sluggish and weak. And the weight comes right back. That’s because liquid fasts can stress your body and tank your metabolism.

How Does the 3 Day Cleansing Diet Work Exactly?

Do here’s the drill.  It’s really simple.

  • Shakeology with fruit for breakfast
  • Fiber Sweep mid-morning
  • Lunch consisting of serving of raw veggies, fruit, healthy fat, and Vanilla Fresh shake. Vanilla Fresh is not the best tasting but hey, it’s only 3 days.
  • Mid-afternoon snack of raw veggies (or juice if you have a juicer) and healthy fats.
  • Delicious dinner from one of the recipes (kale with pine nuts and stir fry are 2 of my favs) and another Vanilla Fresh shake.
  • Lather, rinse, repeat for a total of 3 days = awesome results!
