Healthy Bacon Recipe

Bacon makes everything better. BUT it’s not exactly the healthiest food on the planet, not even close. Well… here’s a healthy bacon recipe you can enjoy without compromising taste. You’ll feel lean and powerful after eating this, as opposed to sluggish and bloated. Research has even shown that this bacon shows promise in fighting cancer.

Use for breakfast with eggs, with lunch for a BLT, on top of salads, you name it!
Serves: 2
  • 1 package LiteLife Smokey Tempeh Bacon
  • Organic Canola oil
  1. Heat oil on medium in pan
  2. Cut bacon in half, and carefully place in oil in single layer, turning after 5 minutes
  3. Carefully remove bacon onto paper towels, and dry thoroughly
