“So surreal! Paid off my final student loan of over 6 figures of student loans! I wasn’t scheduled to pay this off until I was over 50 years old. Age 34 and DONE! Thank you Beachbody!! #Cheers” – Melissa H.
“After I quit smoking 15 years ago I began gaining weight. I’ve lost and regained the 50 to 150 pounds several times. I am now 52 years old and vow to finally get rid of the excess weight for good. My tools for success, Beach Body. I plan to start with shakeology and turbo jam because I love to move. I became a coach to help others get motivated and strive for their weight loss goals along side me. That’s right I plan to lose my weight with those that choose me as their coach. Are you ready for me?” – Monique C.
“Let’s start this journey out with TRUTHS!
I am extremely overweight. I lost myself over the last 8 years. I started my day off with an energy drink, drank a 44oz of soda a day, ate quick food and binge because I’m starving. I ate large plates of whatever. I am a carb junky! I was to embarrassed to go to group gatherings or out with friends.
February 1,2014 I decided I am ready! I’m tired of this horrible circle!
So far, 8 pounds down! I try my hardest, take my body signals to keep me safe and push myself when I can! Watch me go cuz I am on a roll!” -Tina M.
“I am passionate about #fitness and want to share that #passion with others! I’ve always made fitness a part of my life – my college roommates used to call me Tae-Boyd (my maiden name) because I would start my day with Billy Blanks at 6 am!! I fell in love with kickboxing and the owners of the studio where I trained asked me to teach – it was love at first class! I took a break from teaching while I had my 3 kiddos (all under 6 years old) and now I’m back into it. I’m excited to help others get healthy and feel good about themselves.
You can’t find the time – you have to make the time!” -Megan K.
“I’m a working mother of one. I feel like I’m always working and never have energy. Always been in shape until I got out of college. I alway loved to run but just cant get back into it. One of my life goals is to run a marathron. Next year I want to finish a 5k.
Now I’m a beachbody coach! I have been through a great journey with P90X and shakeology. My energy has come back and I feel so proud of the #transformation I have gone through. Even my friends and family see it and proud of me too. Love the products and the support. Best choice I have ever made.” -Stephanie C.
“My name is Derek N. and I am 25 years old. My wife and I celebrated our 1-Year Wedding Anniversary on April 9th, 2012. There is nothing better than building a business with your spouse! As coaches, we are here to help others get in the best shape of their lives and are trying to help End the Trend of Obesity! I also currently work with our family owned Disc Jockey business. I continue correcting my eating habits and would like to improve my health, both physically and mentally by getting into and staying active in a #workout routine. I am also learning more about dieting and trying to get as much information as I can to help anyone and everyone whom may be in the same situation as myself. There is nothing better than having someone right beside you every step of the way, helping you reach your goals of any kind.”
“I work in a job that doesn’t have much movement during the day. Most of the time I spend at my desk or in meetings. This inactivity slowly crept up on my until I was over 200 lbs. I was pre-diabetic with high #cholesterol and blood pressure. In 2008 I started to walk and then I started to run. In 2010 I ran my first half marathon and, as of September 2013, I have now finished 7 half marathons. My primary goal for getting in shape is increase my health so I can be around for my kids for a very long time. Also, if I’m able to speed up while running those half marathons, I’ll take that too.” -Rose M., Team Beachbody Coach
“I’m Angie. Military wife. Mom of three beautiful blue and green eyed babies, 2 girls ages 5 and 3 and one bouncing boy who is not yet 8 months old. I’m a Wanna be chef. Small sewing business owner. And a girl who loves fitness. I was in the best shape of my life before baby number 3 and I am sooooo excited that I am on my way to surpassing that!! Let’s rock this together, because let’s be honest, you can’t have too much support!!” -Angie C., Team Beachbody Coach
“I’ve been in the Marine Corps since 2005, and recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreational Management and Leadership Services — Corporate Fitness and Wellness. I began my workout routine with P90X in 2009 and used that program for two years before beginning Insanity. My starting weight was 195 lbs. and after using the Beachbody programs I’ve been able to sculpt my body into a lean, muscular, 155 lbs. Although the Marine Corps aided me in my fitness journey, it has been through hardwork, clean eating, and the use of Beachbody programs like P90X and Insanity that I’ve been able to accomplish such dramatic results. Because my degree is in fitness, I would venture to say that it’s safe to assume that fitness is a huge part of my life, and I thoroughly enjoy assisting others in their own fitness journeys. Being able to help people in their transformation and watch them as they gain self-confidence, energy, and so much more is so powerful. I’m as dedicated to helping others as I am to my own fitness goals.” -David D., Team Beachbody Coach

“Hi my name is Beth! I’m orig from Cali…currently living in Las Vegas. I’m a 4th grade reading and writing teacher. A year ago I found out I was diabetic…had huge success losing a lot of weight on my own. My goal is to be diabetic free and I needed something new and exciting to keep me going!!! I became a coach because I’m ready to continue my journey and help others on their own personal journey!!!”
“My name is Susana, but prefer to be called Suzy. I became a Coach because i love helping people, i needed to lose some weight, and needed to keep me in the business i love, Health and Fitness. A few years back i did the P90X program and saw awesome results in a month, but I worked in a gym and felt like that kept me fit and busy enough. I became #CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), #Zumba and Group Fitness Instructor to be able to provide more knowledge to assist all kinds of people. I currently hold all those Certifications, but recently my hubby came home from overseas 2 yr and we decided i stay home with our 2 and 1/2 yr old til she goes to school. Now a stay at home mom, i got out of my own rhythm and gained some unwanted weight. I needed something to keep me motivated, on track and also doing what i love to do, which is helping people reach their own fitness goal. I am currently starting week 2 of 21 Day fix and have a small group of 3 with me doing the program. Knowing that i can do this from home with my little girl while making an income is Awesome to say the least. Looking forward to the next few weeks to get this business side going. – feeling excited.”
“Hello Everyone! My name is Lori. I live in Charleston, SC where I work as an operating room nurse. I was introduced to Beachbody thru a good friend of mine who is a BB coach. She has completed several workouts and she had great results. I decided to give it a try and completed Focus T25 little over a week ago. I was very pleased with my results and really like the Shakeology. My energy level is better and I feel better overall. I have been able to stop my cholesterol medication with my diet and exercise. BB has helped me with that. I don’t ever want to go back to the way I was before. I was inspired by all of the support and encouragement that Beachbody challenge groups give. I decided to become a Beachbody coach to help others find what I have found. The encouragement and support and people who genuinely care about helping you succeed in your goals. I want to help people do that!! I enjoy my job at the hospital but I also love talking to people and helping people succeed and making extra income is a great bonus!! Being financially free of debt is a goal all of us strive for, being able to do that while making a difference in peoples lives, what could be better than that? I’m ready to learn all that I can.. Thanks for having me be a part of this group!”
“Hi! My name is Tara. I live just outside of Honolulu (but only 3 months more as we await new orders) with my husband, Luke, my daughter (2), and my son (1). I’m coaching because I really need a positive change in my life–both for my mental and my physical growth. I started p90x3 6 weeks ago, and I’m really loving the changes I’m seeing in myself. I have a long way to go still, but I love the thought of going through this journey with other people who also need that extra voice cheering them on like I did (and still do).”
“The reason I became a BB coach is not complex. First I want to be held accountable for my health and fitness which being a coach def does if I want to be a product of the product:) I am also very passionate about health and fitness so I want to share my passion with others so they can live life to its fullest and be happier and healthier. I would also love to take the financial burden of being the sole income earner away from my husband. He has a lot of stress at work, like most people these days, plus the stress of making sure our family is taken care of financially, I want to take that stress away from him!! Yes I could go get a job most anywhere to make some money but it would be just a job. I want to do something I LOVE which is exactly what BB offers!! The final thing I want is to be able to save enough money so my husband can retire in 11yrs at age 55 with our mortgage paid off and the ability to leave our cold winters for somewhere hot and sunny every year. Those are my whys!! – feeling excited.” – Katherine T.
“Hello! My name is Arlene. I decided to be a coach because I’ve always liked to do exercise since this way I can keep my clear and positive mind, Since healthy body healthy mind, plus I can help others also achieve their goals, also I have small children and always want to be a good example for them they can also teach them to have a good nutrition and the importance of exercise, and can got better health and be happier, because the body is our temple and must be looked after.”
“My Why is pretty simple…Why Not! I have a great coach who saw in me my potential! I have been there and lost the weight and want to pay it forward and help other people! I took a leap of faith and signed up! I mean why wouldn’t I want to help people and get paid for it!” – Michelle G.
“I became a coach not only to help people, but help myself. I’ve always had an interest in fitness and now I want to take it to the next level and be somebody with it. I am proud to say that i am a team beachbody coach. My goal is to get people in the best shape they possibly can, and for myself; to stay on top of my game and get better at what I know I can do!” – Bill L.
“I wanted to introduce myself, I am Alysha, and I have decided to be a coach because I wanted a chance to give back to others what I received motivation-wise since being on my fitness journey. I am currently taking Shakelology everyday and working out with the T25 program and just started week 6 (beta) this week. I am loving every ounce of it, as well as my results. It is definitely a great feeling to put in my hard work and dedication and see results come through. Which makes me want to help others as well reach their goals and make known that if you push yourself, YOU can achieve great things. I am definitely excited to be working with all you other great coaches and being a part of this team :)”
“Hi my name is Crystal B., I am 27 years old, I live in Oklahoma. I recently just signed up to become a coach. I am a mom of 3 wonderful kids one boy and 2 girls, they are my world. Unfortunately being a mom also changes your body, I had a hard time losing the weight after I had my son, I kept telling myself that I would do it and start working out, well 3 years later I became pregnant with my daughter, this time I gained more weight. Once again I told myself I will work out, I can do it, but I couldn’t make myself, I kept making excuses for myself. Well 5 years later I was pregnant again with my second daughter and my last baby. This time I looked in the mirror and didn’t like what I saw. I became upset with myself. I let myself go, I was hard on myself and started to get depressed. I didn’t like myself very much, I quit dressing up, I just wore sweats and loose t shirts, I just gave up, but shortly after I met my coach April and she got me started on the 21-Day Fix, I started seeing results in the first week, I was happy and am still continuing my journey myself to be a better healthier me. I joined to become a coach to help others like me, and to prove not only to myself that I can do it but to others. We just need encouragement from others.”
“I became a coach because I’m finally listening to the desires of my heart. My first nature is fitness and when I was involved and helping others 20 yrs ago I was genuinely happy. I want to help others find that happiness so it can also translate into their lives and relationships too. I know that this will also help me be accountable personally because others will be looking to me to be that beacon for them. And I am willing to accept that responsibility. To quote Elle from “Legally Blonde”….”people who exercise are happy people”…… :D” – Elaine W.
“Hi everyone! I’m Jennifer. I’m 27 years old and I live in Oklahoma. I want to be here because I want to change lives, help people, and lastly help my self. I want to be here to be supportive of everyone here helping others. From all this, I hope to gain more financial stability as well as improve the quality of my life and others. I’m so excited to be here and I’m going to need all the support and encouragement and advice I can get. I plan on bringing it 110% !!”
“I love Thursday mornings! It made my heart happy to hear one of our team coaches tell me she is using her earnings this week to fill up her kids’ Easter baskets!
Reach out and help people, support them, and provide them the tools to succeed, and you’ll be rewarded. It’s the BEST! ♥” – Amanda B.
“I’ve been active and maintained a good, healthy weight for over ten years….but as I approached my mid-thirties, I realized things were changing. What used to work, doesn’t necessarily work anymore. I look in the mirror and see changes that I’m not so fond of.
I’ve dabbled with Beachbody products for a long time – but now, I’m all in! I signed up as a Coach to help hold myself accountable.
I’ve always had a belly…a pooch…whatever you want to call it and my upper body has always needed some help. My goals include building lean muscle that burns fat and improve my cardio endurance! I want to be fit & healthy so that I can be around to enjoy my children and their children.
I’m committed to succeed! Here’s to CHANGE!!” -Leah H.
“My name is Heather. I am currently a stay at home mom. I recently completed one round of 21 day fix, and became a believer in Beachbody products. I know if I can do this I can inspire others to join my journey to a fitter healthier life. Having the opportunity to support my family financially while being able to continue to stay home with my son; is an opportunity I could not let pass by.” -Heather H.
Here are some statistics I found about myself. …. I started my business july 28 of 2013…..ONLY as a discount coach to save money on shakeology. …I was gonna do the 10 week program of Focus T25. …and prove them wrong….I was gonna get my money back and tell them it did not work. …well they proved ME wrong and I love my results! So I have made SC 5 for 12 months and I have made SC 10 for 10 months…..obviously the first two months I did not know what I was doing…the second month in I ended up with 8 or 9 points…not knowing that 10 was an important number! I made diamond in something like 50 or 70 days. So I won my free cruise and my free ticket to summit. I won my trip to Scottsdale with extra cash for my flight. This is for leadership. I have already won my trip to cancun and have maxed out the amount of money they will allow. I achieved 5 star diamond.
I have made amazing new friends through Beachbody that are truly a blessing. I have helped hundreds of people get on track and get fit and lose weight. I have made money that has allowed us to go places, do things, pay off things, and pay for random strangers whole meals while eating out…leave $20 tips for the people at the car wash ..even a $50. I have met famous trainers and even had an interview in Las Vegas for an infamercial. The opportunities are real….and real amazing! Has this been easy??? HELL NO! It has had ups and downs but the ups definitely outweigh the downs….I think we would lie if we said we never wanted to quit. Julie how many times did I call you with frustration? ?? Her answer to me….it’s gonna be ok …just trust me…and those words I believed. ..I never doubted her when she told me that … …. I took it to heart and I believed and trusted her 100%. I say this to help you. Oh and after about the first month I thought to myself. …it would be kind of cool to be a diamond in a year….I did not think it was possible at all though…I guess I proved myself wrong. What ever you do…DO NOT think you need to achieve what others have done. Achieve the goals that you can do. Don’t set your goals so high that you get frustrated and quit…set small goals so you can eventually reach your big goals. With that said ….. finish this month strong to the end! And yes my first two months in i was making SC literally at the last possible hour! ……NEVER GIVE UP! -Annette J.
If you don’t know me, I am a 6-Star Diamond, and I’ve been a coach for almost 4 years now. My wife recently retired from her teaching job thanks to Beachbody, and we’re expecting our 4th little boy within the next couple of weeks.
A lot of people lately have been telling her that she is “lucky” to be able to stay at home with our kids, or not have to worry about going back to work once Baby A gets here. And I GET IT!!! That is totally the thing to say, and we completely APPRECIATE people saying that. We are truly BLESSED. But here’s the thing…
Luck had NOTHING to do with it. This isn’t something that just “happened.” We didn’t catch a foul ball at the Yankees game, or hit the lottery, or get a triple bar on a random pull of a slot machine handle. THAT is lucky. We are in the position we are in because of HARD WORK and HARD WORK only. It certainly wasn’t “lucky” when 3 1/2 years ago we found ourselves in $70K worth of credit card debt and unable to afford to send Danny to private school, with someone we didn’t know very well watching Joey (that’s another story for another day) while we went to work. And it certainly wasn’t luck that got us out of that mess. It was hard work, and a lot of SWEAT. LITERALLY.
We took CONTROL of our lives, and refused to continue living it on someone else’s schedule…or someone else’s dollar (I’m looking at YOU, MasterCard). I made a simple decision to get fit and healthy for my family. And THAT decision changed our lives. It was a CONSCIOUS decision…not “luck.” And then a conscious decision to become a Coach and help other people with their fitness and health goals. And another conscious decision to not just become a Coach, but to be the BEST damn coach I possibly could…to help as MANY people as possible, and to help my FAMILY get out of the mess we were in.
The decisions we make EVERY day can have a profound impact on our futures. Think about that as you go about your day. Even something as small as a decision to call the doctor, step on the scale, stay a minute longer at home to get that extra hug from your kids, or click that button that says “Buy P90X” or “Become a Coach,” or reach out to someone to HELP them, could potentially change the ENTIRE course of your life, if you MAKE IT HAPPEN yourself and don’t wait for it to come to you or accept the position you are in.
Make your own “luck.” – Keith W.
