- Invest in supplements that are highly-researched and clinically proven for very specific issues you are dealing with or problems you want to solve.
- Take your supplements as directed. Don’t skip days or doses. Otherwise, you are not getting the full benefit of your investment and are wasting your money.
- There are a zillion supplement companies out there and unfortunately, some of them are selling supplements that are not what they are cracked up to be. Buy supplements only from companies that you have researched and trust or that contacts who know what they are talking about and whom you respect use and recommend.
- Don’t expect supplements to work if you are not doing everything else right, such as eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of R&R and sleep, drinking plenty of filtered water, etc. Supplements are designed to enhanced the results of your healthy lifestyle choices and/or address specific challenges you are facing.
