Happy New Year, everyone! Today starts my 3-Day Refresh. This is my 2nd time doing the Refresh, and I’m very excited about it. I’m wrapping up P90 right now and getting ready to start Insanity Max:30 on January 12, so this is a perfect time for a quick refresh between programs – just something to give my body a little break and reset.
