3-Day Cleanse Shopping List

Now that I have done the 3-day cleanse 5 times, I decided to put together a convenient shopping list for you.  The program comes with options for veggies, fruits, and healthy fats but no specific shopping list per se.  So… your dear Coach Stewart has you covered.  This list contains my favorite choices when doing the cleanse.  You may or may not want to choose the same items, but this gives you a good starting point.

3-Day Cleanse Shopping List – My Favorite Choices


3-Day Cleanse Kit


  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Cucumbers
  • Bell peppers
  • Celery
  • Frozen broccoli


  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen mangos
  • Frozen cherries
  • Kiwi
  • Apples
  • Bananas

  • Hummus
  • Almond butter and/or cashew butter
  • Nuts (pistachios, cashews, walnuts)
  • Pumpkin seeds


  • Garlic (for stir fry)
  • Vegetable broth
  • Bragg’s Liquid Aminos (for stir fry)
  • Unsweetened almond milk (vanilla flavor)
  • Sweet Leaf Stevia (for coffee in the morning)
  • Coconut oil
  • Himalayan salt
