21 Day Cleanse Diet

I wanted to share a little about my favorite 21 day cleanse diet.  It’s called the Beachbody Ultimate Reset. If you’re looking to

How Does the 21 Day Cleanse Diet Work Exactly?

There are 3 phases:

Phase 1: Reclaim. In this phase, you reclaim your body, balance its inner chemistry, and prepare it for change—much like grime is loosened by soap.

Phase 2: Release. In this phase, the impure compounds that are clogging your cells and stored in your tissues are released —like a cleansing surge of fresh, clean water that flushes away years of toxins.

Phase 3: Restore. In this phase, your metabolism is restored to optimum efficiency, while fortifying your body with the probiotics, enzymes, and nutrients it needs to continue healthy operation going forward.

In this 21 day cleanse diet, you follow a very specific eating and supplement protocol to achieve these results. Each meal is specified for you in the eating plan, but there is some flexibility in that you can substitute and move things around a bit.
